Refund policy

We want you to enjoy every Mystery Pack. Please read this policy carefully, as it includes some conditions specific to the nature of our product.

Mystery Pack contents
Every Mystery Pack contains a randomly assorted mix of genuine vintage football cards and stickers, as described on the product page. Because the whole point of the product is surprise and discovery, we're unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on the basis that you didn't like, want, or expect the specific items you received. This applies to both one-time purchases and subscription deliveries.

Damaged or faulty items
If your pack arrives damaged in transit, or if the contents don't match the quantity or type described on the product page (e.g. missing items, wrong item count), please contact us at contact@mysterycardsandstickers.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll offer a replacement pack or a full refund for that order at our discretion.

Non-arrival
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please get in touch and we'll investigate with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement or refund if it's confirmed lost.

Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your Monthly Mystery Pack subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for packs already dispatched or paid for in the current billing cycle.

How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
