Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping cost
All orders include free UK delivery — shipping is built into the price you pay at checkout.

Delivery method
Orders are sent via Royal Mail. Packs are shipped in a rigid protective mailer to keep contents safe in transit.

Dispatch time
Orders are hand-packed and typically dispatched within 3-5 working days of your order or subscription billing date.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, please allow up to 5-8 working days for delivery via Royal Mail standard post. We don't currently offer tracked or express delivery options.

Subscription deliveries
If you're subscribed to the Monthly Mystery Pack, your pack will be dispatched on a recurring basis following each successful billing date.

Non-arrival
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 of the expected delivery window, please contact us at contact@mysterycardsandstickers.com and we'll investigate.
